Returns & Exchanges

At ETQ Amsterdam, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original ETQ shoe box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package over to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
